What is SafePass?＋

SafePass is a private vault for passwords, API keys, recovery codes, and other secrets you want to keep protected and easy to find.

Can the SafePass service read my secrets?＋

SafePass does not send the readable secret or your vault key to the service. The service keeps only one encrypted part, which is not enough to rebuild a protected value by itself.

Is SafePass an authenticator?＋

No. SafePass is a secrets and password vault. It protects private information rather than generating one-time authentication codes.

What happens if I lose this device?＋

During early access, recovery depends on both your local vault data and the recovery kit you stored separately. A simpler new-device recovery experience is planned.

What can I protect?＋

SafePass can protect generated passwords, existing logins, API keys, recovery codes, and other private text-based secrets.

Has SafePass been independently audited?＋

Not yet. SafePass is in early access while independent security review remains planned, so begin with test or low-risk secrets.
